February 9 2008 mini ground blizzard

Here is some video from just as the arctic airmass started to race across central Minnesota today with winds gusting to 40mph. Temp has fallen from 26°F to 7° in the past 2.5 hours. The snownado at the end of the clip isn't helping the SDS.
