June 16th Dupree, SD chase summary is done

First off, some times stuff just goes wrong. Every time you chase, there is a calculated risk to some point. Before anyone flips out about irresponsible behavior, keep in mind:

1) I was not trying to get a money shot.
2) There was not a reported tornado at the time.
3) I was simply trying to get east of the storm while it cycled.
4) I was on a major road and not some reservation antelope path.
5) Sometimes no matter how much you plan for "if", the plan goes out the window.
