What a waste...

What a warm front...capped as hell and dry as a bone. This season simply sucks. I am really worried with the current pattern, we are going to escape May without a tornado day up here. June better be huge to make up for the total lack of real chase days so far. I feel bad for the V2 project after all the hype and the opportunity to gather meaningful data, the death ridge from hell comes in. There are some small glimmers of hope on the GFS horizon for them at least.

In other news, I'm going to work on another BW photo collage. This one will be for Cullen's baseball coaches at the end of the season. Here are few shots from last night and hopefully by the middle of July, I'll come up with 8-10 I like which represent the season and some of the memories.

Gotta love that 70 degree temp spread that only Minnesota can generate. I think at one point Granite Falls was sitting at 100F while Grand Marais was at 34F. WTF?!?

I think I might go on a 1000 mile chase for a shelf cloud tomorrow, meet up with Andy Gabrielson and head out to South Dakota. Hopefully we get atleast something, god knows I will be legally insane if we dont get something.
