A weak surface trough in front of a slowly moving cold front set off storms in southwestern Ottertail county. No severe weather but flash flooding was a problem later as training cells dropped 3"-4" inches of rain from west of Fergus Falls up to Detroit Lakes, MN. Regardless, my daughter Cailyn, is starting to learn the ropes just like Cullen did.
