Finally a little success with Eagle Quest

Just like in storm chasing...go enough times and eventually you will have success in finding a tornado. The same applies to eagle watching. Found this guy along the Crow River between Delano and Rockford. Of course the sun was brutal on trying to get the exposure to not blow out. I have come to the conclusion I hate that 200 mm lens.
