It's no secret I do string news video when the opportunity arises besides storm/weather stuff. I don't claim to be great at it but it's kind of a cool side job with no morals or scruples (other than some basic legal guidelines to follow) so it falls in line with most of the other stuff I do for my "real job". So Melinda and I were watching some one off on tru.tv last night of Deadliest Catch and a promo popped up for some new series called LA Stringers. Here is the promo:
I don't what to think about the content of the show. Most likely will focus on the adrenaline rush of getting "the shot" and the big easy money (hahahaha) to be made as an indie stringer. Regardless, I'll watch it as whatever is going on in LA has got to be a hell of a lot more interesting than Minneapolis.
